一、Product Description
KEY-125 electronic coolant; is a room temperature high stable Perfluoro liquid compound, transparent and colorless, with high dielectric permittivity, ideal chemical inert, advanced thermal conductivity, and excellent system matching compatibility.
The series is widely used in various temperature control heat dissipation systems, immersion phase liquid cooling of data center server, cooling in semiconductor manufacturing (such as crystal element manufacturing cooler, cooling temperature, exposure platform, crystal element test, high voltage capacitor resistance detection, system cooling control), lithium battery power vehicle cooling temperature control, nuclear power system, UHV power grid and military radar system, and internal heating components of wind turbine.
二、Product characteristics
■ is ideal for chemical inert and can be widely used in various temperature control occasions.
■ single-phase cooling has a low increased air pressure, which can reduce the equipment sealing requirements and save consumption in later maintenance, and reduce costs.
■ has no corrosion, no yellowing, no residue, non-dangerous material or no explosion, no ignition point flash point.
■ has good electrical insulation, with a very high breakdown voltage greater than 70KV.
■ The dielectric constant of below 2 does not lose data in data center applications.
■ has good liquidity with lower viscosity than water; good flow heat dissipation in temperature control system.
■ is non-toxic, harmless and nonirritating.

Note: 1 torr is equivalent to 1 mm mercury column pressure, an atmospheric pressure of about 100,000 Pa, and it is equivalent to 760 mm mercury column pressure. So the 1KPa is equivalent to the 7.6 torr。

It is widely used in various temperature control heat dissipation systems, especially for immersion cooling of computer server system, and widely used in various links of semiconductor production and preparation, internal heat dissipation of wind generator and generator set, immersed heat dissipation medium of high voltage transformer, electric vehicle battery pack cooling system, phased array radar heat dissipation.
