一、Product Description

KEY-128 Electronic Fluoride; is a colorless and transparent Perfluorother liquid chemical with ideal chemical inert, excellent thermal conduction, excellent electrical insulation, unique surface tension and good system compatibility.

This product is widely used in various temperature controlled heat dissipation systems, such as as a heat conduction medium in semiconductor manufacturing with a temperature range of-97℃ -165℃.

It is mainly used in etching equipment, ion injection equipment, testing equipment and other equipment), immersion liquid cooling system of data center server, temperature control system of lithium battery power vehicles (cooling temperature control system of motor, battery box), nuclear power, UHV power grid and military radar cooling system, and cooling and cooling system of internal heating components of wind turbine.
