一、 Product Description

KEY-117 is a high stability fluoride liquid substance with high dielectric strength, ideal chemical inert, excellent heat transfer performance, and good system compatibility.

This product is widely used in various temperature control heat dissipation systems, such as heat tube cooling system (average heat plate, expansion plate and various types of heat tube radiator), lithium battery power vehicles (motor, battery box), semiconductor manufacturing cooling (such as crystal manufacturing cooler, cooling temperature control, chip pattern preparation, chip test system high temperature cooling control, chip classification equipment, etc.), military radar system and heat dissipation system of wind turbine.

Note: 1 torr is equivalent to 1 mm mercury column pressure, an atmospheric pressure of about 100,000 Pa, and it is equivalent to 760 mm mercury column pressure. So the 1KPa is equivalent to the 7.6 torr.
