一、Product Description

KEY-116 electronic coolant; is a colorless, non-toxic, harmless insulation product, is inert liquid cold, with high dielectric constant, very low surface tension, low viscosity, volatile, and high residual stability.

It can well spread the substrate surface and various pores, play the ideal washing and wetting dissolution cleaning and have a more appropriate boiling point, which can be well used in all kinds of evaporation cycle cleaning equipment.

This product is widely used in the cleaning of various precision substrates, such as electronic precision cleaning, electronic circuit board, electronic components, precision components, various screen lens cleaning, and semiconductor, liquid crystal, hard disk making, etc., and can also be used as dehydration and drying, electronic component leakage measurement or air tightness test liquid, solvent.

二、Product characteristics
