Solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive KIWOPRINT TC2000 is a high quality, transparent pressure sensitive adhesive suitable for paper, cardboard, hard PVC, glass, iron, industrial foam and polycarbonate (PC), polyester (PET), polyethylene Film sheets of (PE) and polypropylene (PP).

In addition, dry pattern printing and wet transfer printing are also suitable. Bonding with KIWOPRINT TC2000 requires a bond, which is generally difficult or impossible to remove. The coated KIWOPRINT TC2000, if properly stored in dry, dark and cool, and covered with silicon paper, can be stored for at least one year without reducing its adhesion.

Generally coated KIWOPRINT TC2000 has sufficient UV resistance. If there is a possibility of direct sunlight, please test first. KIWOPRINT TC2000 is an aqueous solution that is resistant to water, acid and alkali, and most mineral oils.

usage

KIWOPRINT TC2000 can be applied by brush, roller or screen printing. When screen printing is used, it is necessary to use a solvent-resistant emulsion such as AZOCOL POLY-PLUSS and a mesh size of 40-100 lines/cm. If a 51 line/cm screen is used to print on the polyester sheet, the spread of the pressure sensitive adhesive is about 40 g/m2.

The coated pressure sensitive adhesive can be dried at room temperature or by a channel dryer. For processing, the pressure sensitive adhesive should be completely dry and transparent before it can be covered with silicon paper.

Before making any production, please test the glue for each combination part such as: printing materials, inks, liners, bonds, etc. is suitable. Special attention should be paid to whether the materials such as the combination parts are suitable for long-term compatibility. Also check the effect of the gasket material and the structure or roughness of the substrate. Silicon-based release, plastic surface migration, etc. should be noted.

Drying time:

The drying time depends on the amount of pressure sensitive adhesive to be dried, the material to be printed, the drying temperature and the amount of air flow.

Guideline value:

(The dry pressure sensitive adhesive film layer is 90 mm thick)

- about 20 minutes at 20 ° C

- about 1 minute at 70 ° C

Only the fully dry pressure sensitive film layer will give the highest bond value.
