Scope of application

KEY-209 Environmentally Friendly Release Cleaner is a high-performance, high-temperature cleaner. This product is mainly formulated with surfactants, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, and cleaning aids. It does not contain heavy metals, nitrites, or other environmentally polluting ingredients, and effectively protects the surface of the cleaned material from corrosion while cleaning. It can quickly remove residual resin stains or release agent from molds. It is particularly effective when cleaning molds at temperatures around 100℃.

How to use

Application Method: Apply evenly using spray or brush.

After allowing to stand for approximately 3–6 minutes prior to application, rinse the mold surface with clean water. Then use an air gun or dry cloth to blow-dry or wipe the surface until completely dry. At this point, the mold surface is thoroughly cleaned and ready for production.

Precautions

• Ensure good ventilation when using it. 

• Please avoid storing in direct sunlight or near heat sources. 

• Store in a sealed container and keep out of reach of children. 

• Avoid contact with eyes and swallowing. 

• If the liquid accidentally splashes into your eyes, rinse immediately with water. 

• If discomfort persists, seek medical attention promptly. 

• Short-term contact with this product will not damage the skin. For long-term use, protective measures should be taken (such as wearing rubber gloves), and direct skin contact is strictly prohibited.

Transportation and storage  

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container. 

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed. 

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
