Capillary Film--Cottotai

Type: The screen must be wetted with water before the capillary film is adhered to the silk screen on the principle of capillary film.

Operation: Capillary Film is only used in screen printing industry, especially for the requirements of high quality and strong printing resistance.

Tips: Grinding paste should be applied to all newly made polyester screen before use (used screen should be regrinded after 5 times of use).

Film paste: Cut the film according to the required size, then put the film and isolation paper on a clean and flat surface, put the isolation paper under the screen, and use antistatic cloth to remove the dust on the polyester surface.

Drying: Screen plate can be dried with cold or hot air, not more than 40 degrees Celsius at most. To avoid uneven drying, fans should not be placed closer than 30-35 cm (12-18 inches).

Storage: The correct storage conditions are temperature between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius and relative humidity between 45% and 60%.
