KEY-168 Photosensitive Emulsion for Solar Screen Plate

Characteristic:

1. Excellent solubility, especially suitable for PCB, MLCC, LTCC, LCD, solar energy and other electronic products packaging.

2. It has good peeling property and can be made repeatedly.

3. Good clarity, better than the reproducibility of printing.

4. The emulsion is not stained with ink when printing.

Usage method:

1. The accompanying diazo resin (powder) is dissolved in cold or warm water and then added to the emulsion. It is better to use a mixer to mix the emulsion and diazo evenly.

The standard water requirement is 90CC for 1KG bottle and 450cc for 5KG barrel. The viscosity is adjusted according to the diluted water.

2. Stir for several hours (6 hours or more is the best), and then use it after the oxygen bubbles disappear (coating before defoaming).

Photosensitive emulsions can cause pinholes.

Notes in use:

1. After the emulsion coating, the screen plate should be dried in the warm air at 40 C, which can shorten the time. Please note that the temperature is too high, which may cause local thermal hardening.

2. In order to avoid the mixing of dust and foreign matter, the emulsion after use should be filtered with wire mesh first.

3. Emulsions should be kept in cold and dark places. If they are mixed with diazo, they must be stored in cold storage.

4. Attention should be paid to dimension precision. It is better to put the screen plate on hold for one day before printing.

5. Post-exposure after drying can improve brush resistance (exposure time is 1/2 of the main exposure).

Light source: 4kw ultra-high pressure mercury lamp 1m/3kw metal halide lamp 80cm.

Use wire mesh: 300T (yellow).

Emulsion thickness: 10um.

Exposure time: 60-70 sec.

Good solvent resistance, brush resistance.
