Before exposure, the stencil should be dry to achieve the best performance. Drying should be carried out in a dry box with no dust and air circulation, and the temperature is controlled between 35-40 °C. If it is dried at room temperature, its printing durability will be lowered, and it will be sensitive to the surrounding humidity and have an adverse effect.

The exposure stencil is formed by ultraviolet light to cure the film layer where it is not required to be printed. It should be exposed to a blue light with a wavelength of 350-420 nm, but the best result is a metal halide lamp.

Since many factors affect the exposure time required for film curing, absolute time values cannot be provided here. For best reproduction, apply a hierarchical exposure method. To achieve the best print durability, you should choose the longest exposure time and copy the fine graphics. This is important for printing aqueous inks, which can increase the print durability by lengthening the exposure time.

Modification / sealing The KIWOFILLER series of products should be used for finishing or sealing. When the printing water-based ink is suitable for water-based products, it will resist water when dried. When removing, use the PREGASOL product line with high-pressure water spray. For more detailed information, please use KIWO or your L POLY-PLUS S-RX. The PREGASOL product line is generally easy to remove. After the film is removed, there are residual inks or ghosts on the screen.
